The Old School in Carnhedryn was built in 1860 as the village primary school. It closed in 1985 and was converted by Nige and Fran Robinson in 2001.
Carnhedryn is a small village situated just outside St David’s on the Fishguard road. The dramatic Pembrokeshire Coast Path is just a few minutes away and many sandy beaches are very close by as are the world famous Skomer, Skokholm, and Ramsey Island bird sanctuaries. There are distant sea views from upstairs. The city of St David’s is 2 1/2miles from the house, as is Solva Harbour and Abereiddy beach. From the School there are walks and a cycle route across the Dowrog Moor to the coast or to St David’s.

Accommodation:
The annexe accommodation was once the headmaster's classroom and the cloakroom. It consists of a large living and dining room, above which, a mezzanine floor supports the double bedroom. There is a separate kitchen and shower room off the hall. The light pours in through tall gothic-shaped windows and the original wood and quarry tile floors retain the lovely character of this charming old school.
There is ample off-road parking and an outside sitting area.
